“At FM Architettura, we conducted several interviews before choosing the right PR consultant who could help us to support our company and drive the message that we envision for our brand. After several talks, it was evident that most of the PR companies we had spoken to did not understand our needs and ideas; they just wanted to box us into their standard format of activities.

However, with Ros and all the RMG team, the approach was very personal. There has been, since the very beginning, a genuine wish to understand how hard we had worked to develop our company and how many sacrifices we made to give a certain direction. Ros wanted to know more, wished to understand what was behind the key message of FM, and how we wished to pass it along to the media and our stakeholders. She came to our headquarters to speak with our team to better understand the fundamentals, the passion, the philosophy and the ideas behind our designs and products. We saw her wish to tailor our needs with a considered strategy and to work, relay and act as one of us. Today, Ros and her team are part of the ‘FM Family’ and we all feel we are not working simply with a consultancy, but rather that we are speaking, thinking and creating content with someone who knows our vision, our work and our wishes in depth.
