The level of service and discerning information required has gone up rather, and RMG have distinguished themselves in providing what I need. My close relationship to the brand and creative director at Pal Zileri is wholly solicited and maintained via RMG, and has led to entirely new approaches to my product editorial and some superb quotes in my columns. Even when things get hectic, and they do, working with RMG is an absolute pleasure, as their elegant, effortless approach to liaising makes life easier and more pleasant all round. I\u2019ve been granted what you might call \u2018unlimited access\u2019 (working on evenings, weekends and holidays if required) when it comes to timings of my approaches\/liaisons, which with travel and deadlines, has been invaluable.
