Monsieur George is back in Paris for his séjour Parisien, and re-opens the doors to his hotel (for the third time) on rue Washington on Monday 28th December 2020. He will check into his favourite room designed by Anouska Hempel, who has brought her signature style to Paris. The hotel is as secret as it is charming, situated under the glowing lights of the Champs-Élysées. Step inside this world, where time stops still and where you are invited to dream once more...
Chef Thomas Danigo has imagined a unique menu especially for the opening, served in the hotel's Galanga restaurant, in your room, or in even in Monsieur George's secret cellar. Gambas ravioli will be served with linguine with miso and dried bonito; and to finish, try the caramelised pear with spices and wild pepper crumble.
To celebrate New Year 2021, enjoy an exceptional five-course menu of bao with caviar, foie gras with sake, and merveilleux ("marvellous") cake with vanilla.
