Over Yonder Cay can welcome from 2 to 28 guests in four uniquely designed villas positioned across the island’s 72 acres. Over Yonder Cay's private deep water marina can dock multiple yachts over 100ft (30m) in length with 13ft (4m) draft, including those up to 180ft (55m). Use of the marina is available to the island's guests alone, to give complete privacy. 

Offering an unrivalled private island experience, there is plenty to engage guests of all ages, both on Over Yonder Cay and in the surrounding area. The Cay's unique nine-hole par-three golf course takes in an island-wide tour, whilst prove challenging to players of all abilities. For tennis players, the floodlit court allows guests to enjoy a match away from the heat of the day, or larger groups can come together for a game of beach volleyball. Hikers, meanwhile, can take in a wide variety of trails across the dramatic island scenery, whether staying on the paved golf cart roads or venturing onto the more rugged pathways. 

The Exumas Chain is famous for its striking turquoise waters, which are teeming with sea life and rival the best diving spots in the world for clarity. Whether you prefer time above or below the surface, Over Yonder Cay offers an outstanding range of activities for guests to make the most of the beautiful aquatic landscape. Sailing enthusiasts can take advantage of the trade winds with a crewed 28ft (8.5m) classic custom-built sloop and 19ft (5.8m) Rhodes day sailors and Lasers. Adrenaline seekers can jump on a board for kite surfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding and waterskiing, or take a guided tour of the area on jet skis or by sea kayaking. Diving and snorkelling in the Exumas offer thrills for everyone from beginners to dive masters, with shallower reefs in the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park's famous Aquarium to blue holes and drop-offs hundreds of feet deep in the Exuma Sound. Over Yonder Cay's own reef, just a stone's throw from the island's west shore, is home to rays, turtles, remora, vibrant coral and over a dozen species of tropical fish. 

When it comes to cuisine, Over Yonder Cay's culinary team uses only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality making the most of the superb local seafood on the doorstep, and the Cay's wine cellar provides guests with an extensive choice of fine wines. All meals and drinks, including soft drinks, baseline wines, spirits and champagne, are included in the rental fee.
