VILLA MACHIAVELLI
A magnificent 15th century villa built by the family of famous Italian diplomat Niccolò Machiavelli in the heart of Tuscany, 12 km south of Florence and near to San Gimignano and Siena.
Where better to have an indulgent holiday with views over dramatic Tuscan landscapes to The Duomo in the distance. The 600 acre estate produces three award winning wines and a delicious olive oil and has both and indoor and outdoor pools.
The villa has been completely restored and is a truly beautiful place to be as there are not many villas with works by the Renaissance master Michelangelo dotted about! The 10 individually designed room and suites have views of the countryside, gardens or vineyards. Experienced staff are on hand to make sure guests enjoy peace and security.
Feel the history in this beautiful place where the man who inspired the term "Machiavellian" and established himself as the "father of modern political theory” grew up.

VILLA L’OLMO
The region of Val d’Orcia in southern Tuscany has medieval castles, hilltop towns and views over wheat fields, olive and wine groves which inspired so many Renaissance painters and makes this area so appealing to the holiday maker.
Dating back to 1600 Villa l’Olmo is a large country house on top of a hill which can sleep 15 people making it a great spot for a group of friends or family to gather. The house is surrounded by typical Tuscan gardens: lavender and rosemary grow abundantly and cypresses, olive and fruit trees create a natural green fence around the property. From the panoramic pool the views over Mount Amiata, the city of Pienza and the rolling Tuscan hills will soothe the spirits.
There are six suites each with beautiful views and each one decorated in similar style but with added touches to make each one individual. As Villa L’Olmo is in the heart of wine growing country it is not surprising that the cellars at the villa are full of some of the best Tuscan wines from the noble Montepulciano, Brunello and Barolo to name but a few.

VILLA CIMA
A magnificently renovated 19th Century villa that is located within the grounds of Villa d’Este
Villa Cima at Villa d'Este is a magnificently renovated 19th Century villa that is located within the resort's 25-acre park. Guests are able to use all of the facilities and amenities of the hotel, while maintaining the privacy and exclusivity that their own private villa can offer.
Standing on the banks of the Lake, this Villa was built on the grounds of Villa d’Este in 1814 by Caroline of Brunswick, Princess of Wales and future Queen of England, to house Count and Countess Pino, the Villa’s former proprietors.
The interiors and décor of the villa respect the patrician villa atmosphere that is traditional in Como and within the Villa d'Este. Guests will experience an elegance and attention to detail that is the hallmark of their service.
Its 650 square meters (7,000 square feet) are distributed on the three floors of the residence and feature a living room with a terrace, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room and four bedrooms.
Luxurious décor is the keynote for the sleeping quarters, each filled with antiques and art, private marble bathroom, balcony or terrace with a breathtaking view of the Lake and either a king size or twin beds.
The Villa has air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, complimentary WI-FI and can accommodate up to 8 people and it is possible to add another 2 extra beds.
On the terrace of Villa Cima, guests can dine or simply enjoy the beauty of the lake with family and friends.

VILLA NORMA
Named after the lead role in Bellini’s opera, Villa Norma is built in the Neo-classical style and is perfect for a smaller gathering. Its slate roof and stucco walls are typical of the Lombardy region.
Built right on the lake, this villa has three double bedrooms, five bathrooms, a games room with both pool and billiard tables and outdoor lakefront Jacuzzi, terrace and private boat dock. The villa is built over 4 floors with an elevator and has large windows with stunning views over the lake.
This villa shares a 6.5 lakeside estate with Casta Diva Resort and Spa and villa guests can use the resort facilities including the spa which covers an area of 1.300sqm where you can sit of chaise lounges on a glass floor suspended over a 19th century dock, or eat at the Orangerie Restaurant serving typical Italian food with a modern twist.
Lake Como in Italy’s Lombardy region is known for its dramatic scenery. The namesake lake's deep-blue waters are set against the rugged, forested foothills of the Alps. Mediterranean villas with formal gardens, some open to the public, dot the shore and the views from Villa Norma’s 6.5 acre estate make choosing the perfect picnic spot very easy.
At the end of June and July there is the Festival Como Citta Della Musica which is a must for music lovers with various venues around Lake Como.
